What a vacation!
June 16-23, 2002. Nag's Head. On the Outer Banks. North
Carolina. What a dream vacation it was. We had the time of our lives.
It was truly the vacation of a lifetime....one I will never forget.
- On the Beach - Why rent a beach
house? Because it's on the beach! Yes, we truly enjoyed our time
in and near the water. Sand, salt, sea spray.... and the sound of the
waves. Wow!
- Outside - The house was right across
from Jockey's Ridge, a high (100+ foot) sand dune and State Park. Truly
an idyllic setting.
- Inside the house- A huge
house, 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths. Huge kitchen. Wet
bar. Living area. Den. Beach Shower. You have to see it to
believe it. I want one of these!
- Touring - Yes, we had to be tourists for
just a little bit. But always returned to our vacation oasis.
- Leaving - It had to end, but we took
plenty of pictures, and have some very great memories that will not soon fade.
- Movie
Clips: I've placed some movie clips here. They are all in windows WMV
format, so they are large. Make sure you choose the right one, Cable or
Dial-Up. The Cable ones are the best quality, of course.
